Homemade Hot Chocolate
Hi there, my name is Jirina and I would like to share my homemade creamy hot chocolate! Yes, it is not just a regular "homemade hot chocolate", it is a CREAMY homemade hot chocolate... and you'll see the difference :). Perfect for cold winters, this powder is
- choose at least a 60% cocoa chocolate (higher is better)
- add a semi-skimmed milk
- use a mid size CLAMP TOP LID jar to preserve the powder
- pour the chocolate to a cappuccino's cup

Let's prepare all the ingredients in the right quantities. The chocolate bar has to be reduced to almost a powder. Use your mixer to do it as in the photos.
After having prepared all the ingredients, pour them into a jar following a color scale. You can use different combinations to match your taste or your gift's box (if you are going to give it to somebody).
How to serve it: heat 150 ml of milk and add two spoons of your powder. Stir it well and boil it for few minutes until the texture becomes enough creamy. Pour it into a cup and enjoy!
